Jep has enjoyed working in the event, entertainment and theatre industry for over 20 years. He has worked across some of Aotearoa’s well known festivals and events and had the privilege to run two Auckland-based theatres – The Bruce Mason Centre and Skycity Theatre.
He has a passion for delivering experiences that wow people in the most positive way and to see the next generation of Māori and Pasifika industry leaders come to the fore. Jep is a husband and has a blended family of 5 adult children, with 6 beautiful mokopuna.
